With over 20 years of experience in education and business development, Wendy brings a unique foundation to her work. Holding a Master’s Degree in Administration, she began her career within one of Michigan’s largest school districts, working in the assessment, placement, and training division of the district. She spent over two decades connecting businesses with the right talent across multiple districts – developing a sharp ability to identify fit, build trust, and create meaningful professional relationships.
Today, she applies that same expertise in the field – engaging agents face-to-face, understanding their goals, and helping them navigate the transition to independence with clarity and confidence.
